Chicken wrapped in Parma ham and stuffed with mascarpone cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and basil. Served with a creamy valouté and white wine sauce. OR Vegetable and Goat’s cheese Strudel served with a tomato and basil sauce. (V)

All served with new potatoes and vegetables.

Dessert

Home-made Pavlova topped with strawberries and Chantilly cream or strawberry ice-cream
